Aero 8 Upgrades

We have been working with expert BMW tuners in Germany on exciting new powertrain developments for Aero 8. These include:

Engine transplants: We can easily achieve over 400 hp and 400 lbs ft torque

New Traditional Morgan Suspension Pack

MUCH Improved ride and handling:

The Roadster Lightweight Race programme has been the spur to develop an advanced and heavily revised suspension pack for all post war traditional Morgans. The research and development undertaken includes a full computer simulation of the performance of the sliding pillar front suspension. This has produced some excellent results and the prototype set up has enabled the Lightweight racers to beat even Class B cars in the Morgan Challenge, despite a 40hp deficit and standard brakes!

There will be a road pack giving much improved ride and handling, and a sports pack for the hard driver / track days / competition cars.

Roadster Power Increase Coming Soon

Now in the final development stage, a very cost effective system to raise the power of your Roadster to 290 BHP!!!

Estimated 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds!
This is not just a chip, but a thoroughly engineered modification for which we are the sole UK outlet. Power increase comes in conjunction with a sports exhaust system also supplied by us.
The Roadster engine, gearbox and axle is well capable of handling the extra power, and there is no loss of drivability.

We would strongly recommend the fitting of the sports suspension pack which is designed to control the extra power and torque.
Uprated vented front discs and solid rears are also available.
